More Visibility Into Talent Costs – NetSuite 2024 Release 2

NetSuite’s 2024 Release 2 is now just around the corner.  Here is a sneak peek into the new features in NetSuite’s SuitePeople.

The new features in NetSuite’s SuitePeople are designed to help companies accurately track and manage workforce-related costs in real time and improve compliance and employee productivity.

If you’re not familiar with NetSuite’s SuitePeople, it is a suite of capabilities making HR service delivery easier and more efficient for everyone, across the organization.

With this release, NetSuite SuitePeople includes a new integrated benefits partner, SimplyInsured—a platform through which businesses can provide employee health insurance. This integration means new hires and existing employees can simply log into SuitePeople’s employee center to sign up for health benefits. Deductions are automatically taken from employee pay, and costs are posted to the general ledger for tracking. This reduces the hands-on work for tracking employee health insurance costs and gives business leaders better insight into healthcare costs to make more informed workforce and benefits planning decisions.

Employees can now enroll in benefits within NetSuite SuitePeople, simplifying benefits cost calculations for employers.

NetSuite 2024.2 also includes enhancements to the NetSuite SuitePeople Workforce Management mobile app.  This app delivers a single solution to streamline shift scheduling, capturing time and attendance across your workforce, and calculating wages.

The enhancement will update the time clock functionality including a break completion reminder to help ensure employees take their full break, and new time fields to capture data such as location, job, project, and task. With more work details included in an employee’s timesheet, business leaders can make better decisions about resource allocation

NetSuite’s SuitePeople is a human resource management solution that allows you to manage human resources, payroll, and financials in a single tool.
